Image: Just outside Las Vegas, Nevada, lies
a small canyon painted in sandstone and lime. Rock climbers and tourists
alike flock to it and visit the sights. But the most beautiful gifts of
the canyon are reserved for those who dare climb the peaks, venture in
during the quiet of the night, or walk its rugged lands in the brutal heat
of the summer--when no other living soul is around and the subtle sounds
of nature fill the heated air.
